Louis-Antoine Luyt Pipeño Carrizal Blanco is a natural white wine from Chile's Maule Valley, crafted by winemaker Louis-Antoine Luyt. This wine is produced using traditional Chilean methods, reflecting the region's rich viticultural heritage. A blend of Muscat, Chasselas, Sémillon, and Torontel grapes. The vines are approximately 200 years old. The grapes are hand-harvested, foot-trodden, and manually de-stemmed using a "zaranda" (a traditional sieve), then fermented in open tanks known as "lagars." The wine is aged in "pipas" (large wooden barrels), adhering to ancestral winemaking techniques.
